| Tournament Schedule: |
Friday January 23: Check in and register after 2 pm. Assemble by 8:15, rounds 1-3 begin 8:30.
Saturday and Sunday: 7 rounds beginning 10 am, with a lunch break and afternoon coffee break.
Monday: Rounds 18-20 begin 10 am, awards at 2 pm.

| Format and Divisions: |
Format: initial round robin groups rounds 1-3, Swiss style rounds 4-19, KOH round 20.
Four divisions broken at 1800, 1500, and 1150. Option to play up if you received a post-tournament rating within 100 points of a higher division after July 31, 2003.
There is a separate Mini Tournament on Sunday, see separate flyer for details.

Entry Fees: Division 1 $75, Division 2 $60, Division 3 $50, Division 4 $40.
Hotel: $195 double, $165 triple, $330 single. Includes 3 nights, 3 buffet breakfasts, afternoon coffee breaks Saturday and Sunday, all taxes.
Commuter fee: Locals (within 35 miles) $20, others $40.
A late fee of $10 applies to entries mailed after January 20 (you may also enter at the Atlantic City tournament to avoid the late fee).

Division 1: $600 first. Others $400/300/250 first (based on 24 players); at least four prizes per division (24+ players). Size and/or number of prizes increased for larger turnout (for example, the Division 1 first prize has been as much as $850).

*The tournament will be co-directed by Ron Tiekert, Susi Tiekert, and Sherrie Saint John.
Brief driving directions: Find Interstate 84 and take exit 4 in Connecticut; at the bottom of the ramp turn right. The Inn is a quarter mile down on the right.
By train: Metro North to Brewster (not Brewster North). Call the Inn (203-744-1776) and they will send a van to pick you up.
