Add $10 if entry fee is not postmarked by 2/7/04. Entry deadline is 2/12/04. No entries will be accepted at the door. All players (except first-time competitors) must be current members of the National Scrabble Association and provide card or label to verify. Cancellation Policy: Within 48 hours; no refund without notification. At director's discretion, full or partial credit may be applied to a future event. All cancelled entries are subject to a $5 cancellation fee.
