Check-In/Setup: Check-in Friday, 2/13 from 7-9PM or Saturday 2/14 before 8:30AM
Setup: 8:00AM Saturday 2/14 - 8 games - Play begins at 9:00AM
Setup: 8:00AM Sunday 2/15 - 8 games - Play begins at 9:00AM
Setup: 8:00AM Monday 2/16 - 4 games - Play begins at 9:00AM. Play will be completed by 1:30PM.
Please do not schedule air transportation before 3:30PM on Sunday 2/16

| Format and Divisions: |
Divisions of 20 players will be based on the February, 2004, NSA ratings or more recent cross tables. NO ONE WILL BE PERMITTED TO PLAY UP. 20 Games: 19-game Round Robin; 1 King of the Hill.
Word Judging: Computer software available.

$100 for top three divisions (or rated 1500 and above)
$80 for all others
Add $10 if entry fee is not postmarked by 2/7/04. Entry deadline is 2/12/04. No entries will be accepted at the door. All players (except first-time competitors) must be current members of the National Scrabble Association and provide card or label to verify.
Cancellation Policy: Within 48 hours; no refund without notification. At director's discretion, full or partial credit may be applied to a future event. All cancelled entries are subject to a $5 cancellation fee.

100% of Entry Fees Will be Returned as Prizes!
Prize pool of $14,000 (based on 160 entries). Entries received by 12/31/03 will be placed in a drawing for a 3-night stay at the Grace Inn Resort, and may be used within one year of the conclusion of the Phoenix 2004 Tournament.
